All communication happens securely within our platform. No phone numbers are exposed to either party.

Address protection

Professionals only see your parish and general area until you hire them. Your exact address is revealed only after you make the hiring decision.

In-app messaging

Keep job-related conversations on Zilroo before, during, and after a hire. This protects both parties and preserves a record if support or safety review is needed — even when payment is arranged directly between you and the professional.

    Data is encrypted in transit and stored through trusted providers. We do not sell your personal information.

    Professional verification

    Eligible professionals can submit ID and profile information for admin review. Verified pros have completed Zilroo profile checks. This badge helps you identify established professionals—it is not a guarantee of work quality. Always review profiles and quotes.

    Reviews & ratings

    Read reviews from other customers to make informed decisions. Reviews must be honest and must not contain discriminatory or abusive content.

    Image moderation

    Uploaded images are scanned before being made public where moderation is enabled.

    Everyone on Zilroo deserves respect. Read our Nondiscrimination Policy and report violations promptly.

Report an issue

Contact us as soon as possible if something doesn't seem right. Choose the subject that best matches your concern on the Contact form:

  • Safety concern — urgent or in-progress job issues (email with "URGENT" in the subject)
  • Report discrimination — harassment or bias based on protected characteristics
  • Report fraud — scams, fake profiles, or misleading credentials
  • Report an issue — other platform or job problems

Include dates, usernames, request or job IDs, and relevant message context when you can. We review reports seriously; severe or repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
